Just as her divorce from Russell Brand is finalised, Katy Perry faces further court action.

Katy could reportedly face a court case after legal proceedings have begun in India, after a man accused the I kissed A Girl singer of 'indecency' while dancing at a cricket event.
The bizarre claim has been made by K. Jebakumar, who is pursuing the case under the Indian Penal Code. Katy Perry has been accused of 'indecent dancing' with Bollywood star Anitabh Bachchan at the sporting event.
The hearing will take place on 31 July, 2012. The court is acting on claims by Jebakumar that the opening show of the Indian Premier League was 'obscene and lascivious, appealing to purient interest'.
Neither Katy or Bachchan will need to appear in court for the initial hearing, but if the complaint is found to be justified, Katy may have to take to the stand at a later date to defend her dancing.
