Singer Ke$ha has revealed how she is aiming to reinvent pop music with her latest album, which is almost complete and ready for release. Ke$ha also admitted that the reason it is not yet ready for the public to hear is due to the fact that it is not yet worthy of pop music reinvention status.
Ke$ha explained, “I want to take enough time to make sure it’s the reinvention of pop music, That’s the ultimate goal, to reinvent pop music. So I’m planning on taking as much time as I need, but May sounds about right.” It is nice to see a pop star taking genuine pride in her work.
However, Ke$ha’s ambition to reinvent pop music seems a little misguided and it is more than likely that she will just release another typical pop album. On the other hand she could try too hard and end up releasing a huge flop. Then again she could reach that ambitious goal. We’ll just have to wait and find out.
