There was once a time when Bryan Cranston was best known for playing the role of Hal in the hit television series Malcolm in the Middle, before then going on to give us some sensational performances as Walter White in the hugely successful AMC series Breaking Bad, which made everyone sit up and look at this talented actor in a completely different light.
Fortunately though, rather than now just sticking to those serious roles, Bryan Cranston does still enjoy dabbling in a bit of comedy, and what better way to do that than by sharing the big screen with man of the moment Kevin Hart. The two stars will appear alongside one another in the planned new movie The Untouchables, which is still in the development stages and awaiting to go into production.
Not to be confused with the classic Oscar-winning 1987 movie The Untouchables, this comedy film has been officially described as "A comedic look at the relationship between a wealthy paraplegic and an unemployed man with a criminal record who's hired to help him." Definitely not going to land any Oscar nominations at the Academy Awards in the future.
It was only earlier in the month that Kevin Hart and Bryan Cranston signed on to star in The Untouchables, so we could still have a little wait on our hands before the film does finally go into production. When filming on The Untouchables does start, Simon Curtis will be the man directing the project, and we look forward to finding out when we can expect to see this movie hit the big screen.
