Kevin James has a fun new interview with Style Goes Strong about all the things he didn’t know in his 20s, in promotion for his new movie ‘Here Comes the Boom’. One of the main things he says is that you should never wear sweatpants all the time.

"This is important everyone because I'm 47 now and I know a lot. What I know now that I didn't realize at 20 is that you can't wear sports clothes all the time. You might want to wear sweat pants, but you can't live your life in sweat pants. The problem is they don't have a real boarder.”
While this is true, it’s surprising how many people don’t want to admit that their weight problem comes from not caring; and one of the biggest signs to not caring is wearing sweatpants all the time.
James also says, "The other problem is you'll never going to realize how big you're getting if you're wearing sweat pants all the time. There is no set perimeter to sweat pants, so you keep eating those cookies and they just expand, which isn't good for anyone. So what I know now is to wear regular slacks, pants and a belt. Otherwise your belly will run amok.”
Here Comes the Boom releases on October 12th, and co-stars Salma Hayek and Henry Winkler.
