It has been reported that Khloe Kardashian will not be returning for another season of The X Factor USA. Khloe co-hosted The X Factor USA last season, with Mario Lopez and, while Mario has been asked to do another season, Khloe has not been asked back to the show.

The New York Post quote an insider as saying, "They are asking Mario [Lopez] to come back, but not Khloe." Meanwhile, LA hosting expert Marki Costello admitted that she could see the reasoning behind the decision, as she did not feel that Khloe did a good enough job.
Costello said, "I am sure there was a big percentage of Khloe’s fans who followed her to X Factor. But at the end of the day, when she doesn’t know what she is doing, are you helping your show or hurting it? It was really hard for me to watch Mario with her. It made me, as a viewer, almost uncomfortable."

The decision means even more work for Simon Cowell and The X Factor USA team, as they already have to find a replacement for outgoing judges LA Reid and Britney Spears, although there is always the option of having Mario Lopez presenting the show on his own.
