Reality television star Kim Kardashian has developed a bit of a reputation over the past few years, as a hard-working woman who has managed to build up a business for herself and with her sisters. Kim has seen her working life slow down a little since she fell pregnant, had a baby and got married to Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian has now opened up about how her new personal life has had an impact on her professional life, admitting that her priorities have changed some what. Kim says that she has found it difficult at times to get back into the swing of work, admitting that she wants to spend more time with her family.
Kardashian told CNBC, "You know, now that I'm married. I would so much rather spend time with my husband, my family, and my baby, than run around the world working for other people. It could get tough after you have a baby. There [have been] so many times when I just didn't wanted to get up and work on something."
However, Kim Kardashian also went on to admit that she has learned a lot from her mother Kris Jenner over the years, who has been a very positive impact throughout her life. Kim says that Kris has helped her to realise that it is possible to have a successful career as well as a happy family.
Kardashian added, "I just wanted to be home with my baby, but for me, I think I can speak for my sisters, it makes us feel good when we are out working. My mom kind of taught us girls we could have it all. You know, she works hard. She taught us that if you work hard, it's just all about prioritising."
There is nothing quite like the support of a family.
