It's now more than a year since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, but the battle has returned to court and Kim is realising that it is far from over.
Kris is refusing to agree to a divorce
Kim's attorney returned to court yesterday (28.11.12) in LA asking for a judge to agree to an end to Kim and Kris' marriage. She said: "Miss Kardashian is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."
However, in response to this request, Marshall Waller - Kris' attorney, told them that it could all be over if only Kim would agree to Kris' request of an annulment.
Kim is now dating rapper Kanye West
The is the first time the former love birds are believed to have come face to face since May, which was the last time Kris and Kim were in court. Back in May, Kris' attorney informed the court that Kim only married him for the sake of her TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashian's, and the financial deal she had made.
While Kim wants to split their assets in accordance with their pre-nup, Kris is refusing and instead wants her to agree to an annulment, citing fraud as the reason. Kim has denied this accusation many times, stating that she loved Kris and what they had was real at the time.
Kim has also been looking thinner and more toned as of late, which could be down to the stress of the divorce battle. However, she says that this is due to a new diet and exercise regime, and she has been sharing her top tips with fans.
