When it comes to the Kardashian family, it is fair to say that the Kardasian sisters often get quite a bit of stick, when they have not exactly done anything wrong to anyone. However, all three of the Kardashian girls are absolutely stunning and they all work hard to keep themselves looking as hot as possible.
Now, the older Kardashian sister, Kourtney Kardashian has been talking about keeping herself in shape and looking good. Kourtney has spoken about what she does when it comes to her exercise routine, as well as touching on what it is that she eats in her diet to stay so trim.
Kardashian was chatting to Hello! magazine, when she explained, "I am obsessed with lifting my butt. So before I get in the shower I will do 100 deep squats. It's a little thing, but doing it before your shower reminds you to do it every day. It's a little extra. Right now [I work out] at least five days a week, to feel good physically and mentally."
She added, "Sometimes we [Khloé and Kourtney] meet Don outside and he will have us running, hill climbing or hiking. Sometimes we go to the gym. Khloé and I post out work-outs every day on our Snapchats to share advice. For me, it's about being healthy. I don't count calories or think about eating too much or too little, but I do feel guilty when I don't eat healthily."
Well whatever it is that you have been doing, Kourtney it is certainly working a treat, so keep it up.
