Kris Humphries has filed legal documents regarding the pregnancy of Kim Kardashian, claiming that he had no involvement in the event, so her attempts to rush through the divorce proceedings should be dismissed. He feels that Kim is trying to force something on him, due to an event that was out of his control.

Marshall Waller, who is Kris’ lawyer, says in the documents, “What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.”
Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian were married for less than 72 days, before the couple decided to go their own separate ways. This led to many claiming that the marriage was one big scam and that the couple just did it for the money. Even Kris Humphries claimed that Kim had simply done it as a stunt.
