Little White Lies Magazine is of course capitalizing on the infamy of Kristen Stewart by releasing an interview now that was done with her during Cannes, and of course, the name of the magazine just serves to be ironic.
Stewart stars the interview at Cannes by saying that she doesn't want to sell herself, and she'd rather talk about 'On the Road' than anything else.

“Oh my god, I fucking love it so much,” she beams. “I’m not Maryloul; I’m Sal. Right now, I feel so full. I’m like, bursting. I should be working. I don’t want to take a break. It’s funny, on set, I don’t have to go to the bathroom, I don’t have anything wrong, I’m perfectly fine, so through-and-through. I’m not hungry. I’m literally not even in my own body. They wrap and they send me back to my trailer and I fucking fall to pieces. I suddenly realise that I’ve had to pee for six hours. And I’m starving.”
She then proceeds to talk about her 'financial prowess' and how privileged she is to be in that position, to be able to use the power of Twilight to make movies she cares about. She also talks about how she wants to open halfway houses, but she never wants to do 'empty' charity.
Overall, this interview doesn't say anything about Sanders or her mind frame during that time, but of course, this was before the whole cheating scandal came to light. For Stewart's standards, this interview was actually impressive as she didn't say anything inflammatory and generally stuck to why she enjoyed acting and how proud she was of 'On the Road'.
