There is an age-old saying in the entertainment industry, that you should never work with children or animals and there have been many examples of reasons why over the years. While there have been some occasions where working with children or animals has worked out really well, more often that nor things do not exactly go according to plan.
Born This Way singer Lady Gaga is one of the stars who has discovered this first hand, after deciding to use the slow loris for a scene of her new music video for her latest track G.U.Y (Girl Under You). Gaga is clearly a big fan of the animal but, as soon as the slow loris was introduced, it decided to bite Lady Gaga, forcing her to leave it out of the video.
An eye-witness to the incident explained to the New York Post newspaper, "The slow loris is the cutest creature on the planet, and Lady Gaga wanted to use it in one scene, but it nipped her. They put it back in its box and took it away in disgrace." Fortunately Lady Gaga saw the funny side of things and laughed the matter off.
All in all it was a rather lucky escape for Lady Gaga, as the slow loris is the only venomous primate and, if you were to receive a bite from a wild one, it could produce a flesh rotting poison which is actually deady to humans.
