Lana Del Rey has a new interview with Xin MSN where she talks about a potential collaboration with Lady Gaga, switching from music to movies, and opening the Mulberry flagship store in Singapore.

Talking about the Mulberry opening, Lana says, “It was wild. The fans were respectful but excited that I was there. I thought we were just going to cut the ribbon,” said the singer who also has a Mulberry bag produced in her name. I remember seeing things on Twitter when people knew I was coming but I didn’t know why they cared. When I saw everyone yesterday, I wish I had gotten to talk to them more but I did manage to say Hi to a lot of people along the way.”
She also completely denies the upcoming collaboration with Lady Gaga and adds, “I just said that I was starting to write soundtracks for movies, so that’s where my focus was. I don’t know though. When I was younger, my muse came to me and I felt really on fire to write a lot, but now my muse comes a lot less often.”

Del Rey will also reportedly be writing soundtracks for two movies coming out next year, so it seems that she’s not dropping off the music scene just yet.
