Actress Lauren Cohan recently was on the Entertainment Weekly radio channel and talked about her hit show 'Walking Dead' and the evolution of her character Maggie within the zombie drama. Lauren Cohan noted how her relationship with Glenn is the shows only consistent couple and how they represent what passes for romance and unyielding affection. It will be the first time that Maggie will be seen when she is not a part of the Greene family nor do she have Glenn beside her.

Lauren Cohan talks about how the relationship between her character and Glenn is representative of what is romance and love in this show which an audience will be able to relate to as that feeling of affection for another person is what keeps people alive and pushing to find each other.

Over the course of the interview Lauren Cohan notes how the show has done an excellent job of keeping the viewers wondering if Maggie and Glenn will ever find each other while introducing the audience to the dangers faced by the characters in different, more frightening ways. In the upcoming episode Maggie, Bob and Sasha find themselves in the midst of a deep fog and are unable to see the zombies even though they can hear them and as such know that they are in close proximity. The interaction between the zombies and the 'Walking Dead' characters is continually heightened in each episode and for actress Lauren Cohan the intrigue is exciting.

Lauren Cohan as an actor is truly enjoying the suspense that has been created within 'Walking Dead' as a result of the questions about whether her character Maggie will ever be able to find Glenn. She loves the drama and questions that arise because the characters are unable to see the zombies and the fact that because her and Glenn are not together the abilities of their character to ward off the zombies is lessened and thus the questions of whether they can survive are heightened. It is this type of unknowing that can result in exceptional acting and Lauren Cohan is providing that through her character in 'Walking Dead'.
