Whenever a major public figure dies, magazines and tabloids are usually pushing over themselves to get sources close to the celebrity to talk. Although everyone's tried to remain respectful of Cory Monteith's family and friends during this respectful time, Marie Claire Mexico has published an interview with Lea Michele gushing about Cory Monteith, which was actually recorded last month.
It was Lea's last interview about Cory before Cory's untimely death, and it's heartbreaking to see how much he meant to her. She told Marie Claire, "He has made my life so incredible, and I am so thankful for him and not only to have him as a partner but also as a co-worker. It is important to have someone that supports you and encourage you, someone that makes you feel that you are unstoppable, that you can do anything in the world because you have him.”
The editor of the magazine also gave a few words in the issue, and said that Cory ended up showing up towards the end of the shoot. She said, "She was very happy about him being there. They were both very nice and obviously happy and in love, we are very disrupted by the unfortunate and untimely events. Our thoughts are with Lea.”
Cory's body has already been cremated last week, and Lea and Cory's family were supposedly rumored to have had a private viewing of the body beforehand. Our thoughts continue to go out towards Lea and Cory's family over this devastating loss.
