There was once a time when music superstar LeAnn Rimes was one of the biggest names on the planet and was dominating on the music scene and on the music charts around the world. LeAnn first rose to fame when she was just 13 years old and, as has been the case for many child stars over the years, she has had her fair share of ups and downs along the way.

However, it was in her adult life that LeAnn Rimes really suffered the most, with the star having to book herself into rehab in 2012. This all came from the backlash she received from fans, after it was revealed how she had been having an affair with married actor Eddie Cibrian. Fortunately though, LeAnn has admitted that she is as happy as she could hope to be right now.
During a recent interview with the British newspaper The Sun, Rimes explained, "I lost my mind in private. I’ve gone through a lot, every transition and every feeling that goes along with being a child star. I can see now why at 33 things happened the way they did and all of these lessons I’ve learned. But it was hell at times."

She then went on to add, "I’m very happy now. We’ve been married for over five years and I have my two stepsons, but the shaming thing, that’s where I had severe anxiety and depression. It was a mistake but it also led me to my marriage. I didn’t know how to deal with that and it became this snowball effect."
It is always nice to see that a star has managed to overcome some of their bigger issues. LeAnn Rimes might not be the megastar that she once was but at least she is living a happier life.
