There have been a number of reports that have suggested that LeAnn Rimes was drunk during her performance on The X Factor USA. LeAnn performed live with X Factor hopeful Carly Rose Sonenclar last night and she seemed to be less than stable.

This led to many people accusing LeAnn Rimes of being drunk on stage with the 13-year-old wannabe, a claim that LeAnn denies, “I was trying to help this 13-year-old girl who was having some trouble with the song,” she explained.
Meanwhile, LeAnn’s lawyer Larry Stein stated, “LeAnn was not performing the way she would normally perform, because she was on stage with a young girl. There have been a lot of untrue things said by others and it feeds into this sort of thing.”
