Meester told Glamour magazine, "The most important aspect of emotional well-being for me is getting enough rest. I go to sleep and wake up early, and rest when I need, which is important in staying healthy when you have a hectic schedule. Stretching, staying hydrated and keeping my body in motion, even with a relaxing walk, is very equalising."
As well as giving some advice on what to do to help keep yourself looking and feeling great, Leighton Meester also went on to reveal what she has come to learn during her many years in the entertainment industry. Leighton says that she has realised that her fashion choices now come down to whatever makes her feel comfortable, rather than wearing what people think she should.
Are the couple expecting?
Meester added, "Like anyone, I've gone through phases, but the biggest difference is that I'm less concerned with fashion for fashion's sake. I find that I'm happiest when I'm comfortable in my favourite key items, so I just add or subtract from my tried and true items to create a certain look. I like to experiment and change depending on mood, but comfort is most important to me."
Meanwhile, it was recently suggested that Leighton Meester is pregnant, after pictures appeared online of her performing at a gig, with what looked like the start of a baby bump. These rumours have not yet been confirmed or denied but we are sure that she and Adam Brody will start a family together in the future.
