Lena Headey talks Game of Thrones Season Two
Game of Thrones actress Lena Headey has revealed how the second season of the hit HBO fantasy drama is set to be much crazier than the first and even more crazy than people could imagine. Lena admitted that the fact that the fans loved the first season of Game of Thrones so much, it gave them the drive and determination to go all out with the craziness.
Heady explained, "I can tell you that season two is even more exciting. We've all been liberated because people really love the show, so we've really gone for it. There's a big arc with Cersei and Tyrion. They bring out each other’s crazy. It's intriguing because she's crazy. Under the whole stoic thing, she's a little nuts."
Lena Headey has previously discussed how her character Cersei is beginning to lose control due to the fact that her newly crowned son Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) has become a bit of a loose cannon. Game of Thrones season two was confirmed to be premiering on HBO on April 1, 2012 in the US and will once again be shown in the UK on Sky Atlantic.
