Lena Headey teases Game of Thrones Season 2 plot
Game of Thrones actress Lena Headey has revealed what fans can expect to see from her character, when the second season of the hit HBO fantasy show returns in April. Lena states that we are set to see a bit more of the crazy side of her character Cersei as the season progresses.
Headey explained, "She is losing control because her son is totally out of control. I think she can't admit it to anybody. She's dying to ask for help, and she never will. There is a slightly incestuous relationship, which is very wrong, but it's the way she was brought up. She's a little crazy under the surface.”
She added, "Second season, I'm getting to explore that a bit more, which is good, because I like the crazy." Game of Thrones has already signed up a whole host of new cast members for the second season. Game of Thrones Season 2 premieres on HBO on April 15, 2012.
