Lena Meyer-Landrut recently surprised her fans and the viewing audience at a recent press conference in Germany with her new look. At the press conference which took place on Saturday February 15, 2014 Lena Meyer-Landrut displayed a new, slimmed down appearance and she changed her hairstyle to long 'bangs' while announcing that she will be returning as a coach in the second season of the television singing contest show "The Voice Kids". The show will be seen on television from March to May 2014 and during this time her fans and viewers will have the opportunity to get accustomed to her new look.
Lena Meyer-Landrut is known for being carefree, charismatic and her appearance has been described as "a mix of loveliness, professionalism and a little craziness" and the recent change in her appearance is indicative of this description. In stark contrast to her past appearances Lena Meyer-Landrut came out with her colured brown and in long bangs and she wore a stomach baring leopard shirt which showed her flat, fit stomach with slim jeans and beautiful orange heels and in many respects resembled not just a singing star but someone who could easily walk a runway as a model or step out in a bikini on a beach and look great.
Lena Meyer-Landrut looked casual yet professional and sexy and in the process has caused a stir within the music industry in large part because the change in her appearance was unexpected despite the fact that many people forget she is now a young woman of 22 years old and not a young girl.
Earlier in 2014 Lena Meyer-Landrut flew to New York City and met with her record producer, Bosko, to discuss preparation for her 4th studio album.
