Singer turned actor, Lenny Kravitz, has spoken out about how impressed he is with his The Hunger Games co-star Jennifer Lawrence. Lenny went as far as to say that he feels that Jennifer resembles a young Meryl Streep and it is hard to find somebody more talented to be compared to.
Kravitz explained, "I think that Jennifer Lawrence is just an amazing actress… [I've] been watching her for a number of years and I just think she's got so much talent."
He added, "To me, she's like a young Meryl Streep, she's got a lot of range and people are going to see a lot coming from her. She is the character, from the moment I arrived on set, she just embodied Katniss's spirit."
Jennifer Lawrence has been making quite a name for herself over the past few years, having appeared in the movie X-Men: First Class last year and also being nominated for the Best Actress Oscar for her performance in the 2010 movie Winter's Bone. With The Hunger Games set to be as huge as the Twilight franchise, Jennifer is set to become a worldwide superstar.
The Hunger Games is set to be released on March 23.
