Singer Leona Lewis has been romantically linked to One Direction’s Liam Payne for quite some time now bit it was recently stated that Liam Payne and Leona Lewis are just good friends. Now, Leona has opened up about Liam, saying that she believes that he is the one that keeps One Direction together.

While talking to the Daily Mail, Leona explained, “Liam is really sweet and lovely - very talented, and he is writing songs now as well. I feel like he is the one that keeps it all together for 1D.”
She added, “He is grounded, he comes from a stable home and he is very aware of what is going on in the music industry outside what he is doing, which I like. We talk a lot because we have a lot in common. We are friends.”

It is not the first time that Liam Payne has been spoken about in such a way, as the rest of One Direction have previously claimed that he is the Gary Barlow of the group who tries to keep them in line. However, since Liam Payne split from Danielle Peazer, it is claimed that he has become a bit more relaxed and ready to party more than he used to.
