It has been reported that British driver Lewis Hamilton will be given a five place grip penalty at this weekend’s Chinese Grand Prix. The penalty comes following McLaren’s decision to change the gear box on Lewis Hamilton’s car, which results in an instant five place penalty.

While Lewis Hamilton seems to have put the demons of last season behind him, he is still struggling a little bit with luck. Lewis has qualified on pole position for the first two races of the season, only to go on and finish third in both races, with the first being won by team mate Jenson Button and the second won by Ferrari's Fernando Alonso.
However, Hamilton has admitted that he will not let that bother him, as he is still in a good position after two races and two podiums. Lewis Hamilton is currently second in the driver’s championship and is only five points behind Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso. The Chinese Grand Prix takes place as follows:
