Those of you who have ever lost a loved one will understand just how hard it is to get back to your every day life. We all find different ways of dealing with our grief and, on a lot of occasions, some people tend to turn to alcohol to help numb the pain. That seems to be exactly what Liam Neeson decided to do following the death of his wife.
Liam Neeson's wife Natasha Richardson died in a skiing accident back in 2009 and Liam has now revealed how he began to drink much more following her death. Liam says that he soon became aware that he was drinking a lot more than he should and has now managed to address the matter, making the decision to give up booze
Neeson was being interviewed for the April edition of GQ magazine, when he explained to them, "I was drinking too much. It started since my wife died. Never at work, never would do it like that, but this time of night? Sitting with you, I'd easily have--I'd be on my second bottle. Before we finished, I would have been halfway down a third."
As for his acting career, Liam Neeson has a number of movies lined up for the coming years and the one that we are most excited about is the upcoming movie A Walk Among the Tombstones, which will open on September 19 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on September 26.
