One Direction singer Liam Payne has become one of the most recognisable faces on the planet, due to the global success of the former X Factor boyband. Liam has admitted that he does miss a few things about his life before being a global superstar and would love to go back to it for one day.

During a chat with The Sunday Life, Payne admitted, "I miss my home town a lot. We were kind of pulled out of home after he X Factor and we didn’t realise that we may not be going back. We’ve hardly been back at all and I do miss Wolverhampton."
He added, "I really like going into the town centre and shopping and doing things like sitting on the sofa watching Friends. I’d even like to go back to school for a day. I hated it when I was there and I thought it was really hard work, but now I know what hard work is."

While Liam Payne does miss his old life, before becoming a member of the biggest boyband on the planet, he does also admit that he has loved every minute of his One Direction journey and feels proud to be able to experience it all with Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik.
