It seems like there are a lot of pregnant women in the entertainment industry these days, and we have already had plenty of celebrities already giving birth to babies recently, with plenty more to come. Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge recently celebrated the second birthday of her daughter Dixie Pearl, so it is no surprise that she is now back into the best shape of her life. However, Lily managed to get her post-baby body back to its best in record time and was back on the runway just four months after giving birth to her daughter. Her secret? Doing plenty of yoga.
Hollywood actress Olivia Wilde only gave birth to her baby boy Otis back in April this year but she has already managed to get herself looking in great shape. Olivia has had a lot of running around to do, taking care of her new-born baby, as well as taking her dog for plenty of walks, plus getting in some exercise where she can. It has all clearly paid off.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star Megan Fox gave birth to her son Bodhi back in February of this year and she too has already managed t get her post-baby body back to its best in just a few short months. As well as working out on regular occasions, Megan has a specific diet where she makes sure she eats the right carbs at the right time. Good work!
