Having such a successful star as Phil Collins as your father can not be easy for a young girl trying to make a name for herself in Hollywood. After all, the great man does cast one heck of a large shadow. However, actress Lily Collins has been doing a great job so far, with the 24-year-old star becoming one of the top young stars around.
Another positive that Lily Collins has taken from her parents, is the fact that, while most would be horrified at their children getting a tattoo, Lily's mother actually went with her. Lily has opened up about getting her tattoo, while revealing exactly what it is.
Collins explained, "The tattoo on my wrist is a combination of a British crown, angel wings, a heart and the initials LJ. It's very delicate. My mom and I went and got one together - they're not matching, but we got them done at the same time."
As for her acting career, Lily Collins can next be seen on the big screen, starring in the movie Love, Rosie with Sam Claflin, Tamsin Egerton, Christian Cooke and Jaime Winstone. Love, Rosie is directed by Christian Ditter, based on the screenplay developed by Juliette Towhidi from the Cecelia Ahern novel, with a release date planned for 2014.
