It's no secret that Lindsay Lohan has had a difficult few years. The former child star has constantly been in the headlines for her wild ways and troubled family life. She confessed that she struggled with bulimia telling vanity fair that it got so bad that somebody, "sat me down and told me you're going to die!"
Party girl Lindsay is in trouble again!
Fox news reported that Lindsay confessed to having a dangerous drug addiction saying, "I hit rock bottom, I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine and mind altering substances". Her abusive Father, who used to beat her Mum up, was thrown in to jail, causing an uncomfortable media circus for the Lohan family and, Lindsay herself reportedly served jail time on several different occasions after being caught with cocaine, failing an alcohol test and violating her probation.
Lindsay has also spent time under house arrest for allegedly stealing a necklace. She recently posed nude for Playboy Magazine rumours suggest she did this because she's broke. As told by the Hollywood Reporter, the tinsel town starlet is once again in trouble with the law and could face up to 245 days in jail relating to a car crash that happened last June. She's facing misdemeanor counts of reckless driving, lying to a police officer and obstructing an officer from performing duties following the June accident when her rented black Porsche crashed in to a dumpster on Pacific Coast Highway.
Her trial begins on Monday
Party girl Lindsay originally told Santa Monica police officers that her "assistant" was driving the car when it crashed in to a dumpster, however the officers now believe that Lohan, who was on probation at the time for allegedly stealing a necklace was the one who crashed the car. TMZ reported that the prosecutors have ended negotiations of pleas now. Lindsay is supposedly so confident she'll be acquitted of lying to police officers that she's refused to accept any agreements that involve her spending any time in rehab or behind bars. Insiders say that Lyndsay's receiving "terrible" legal advice and could very well be facing jail time. The trial begins on Monday.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber took to Instagram to poke fun at Lindsay when people started comparing his recent bizarre behaviour to the troubled stars. He commented, "those comparing me to Lindsay Lohan, take a look at her 2012 tax statements ;)" He quickly had second thoughts about his remark and removed the comment abruptly.
