When it was announced that Donald Trump was running for President, many people saw it as nothing more than a joke, with very few people giving him any actual chance of becoming the next American President. However, The Donald beat the odds and shocked the world, which has led to protests and a large amount of America stating their disappointment at the outcome.
While it seems that there are plenty of people who are quick to verbally attack Donald Trump, there is one person who has actually spoken out to support him. Hollywood beauty Lindsay Lohan has admitted that she is going to get behind her President, and Lindsay has been calling for the rest of America to show their support for their leader.
Lohan explained, "I think always in the public eye you’re gonna be scrutinized, and he is the president. We have to join him. If you can’t beat him, join him. You know I think it would be a positive thing for America to show their care and support, and for him to experience what it's like for these people, experience how giving Turkey has been to the refugees and how many they have welcomed in."
It is certainly going to be interesting to see just how much backlash Lindsay Lohan gets from the people who have been vocal about their hate for Donald Trump. While there are obviously supporters for the American President, it does seem like the haters get a lot more coverage and air time.
