Actress Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 30 days in prison after failing to complete her community service order at a women’s shelter earlier this year. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner formally determined that Lindsay had been in violation of her sentencing terms.
Lindsay Lohan attended today’s (Wednesday, November 2) court hearing wear polka dot dress and, while she was all smiles heading in to court, she was not so happy at the verdict. Lindsay now has one week to surrender herself to prison or the sentence will increase.
It has been suggested that Lindsay Lohan will only have to serve 20% of her prison sentence, so she could be in and out of jail within a week. Lindsay is also doing 12 days of community service at a morgue and has been ordered to attend four 45-minute psychotherapy sessions.
