The man who has been given a two year restraining order, preventing him from going within 100 yards of actress Lindsay Lohan, pretended to be the stars fiancé. David Cocordan, the alleged stalker, showed up at a Los Angeles courthouse claiming to be Lohan’s fiancé during her trial for jewellery theft.
The incident occurred on April 22, Cocordan insisted that he needed to speak to Judge Stephanie Sautner, who was in charge of the theft case, to discuss the terms of Lohan’s charges. This caused so much worry that the LAPD were called in to do some drive by checks of Sautner’s home to make sure everything was ok.
Lohan was granted a temporary restraining order against Cocordan a month ago but did not feel that this was sufficient. She has since been granted a two year restraining order against the alleged stalker.
