When you watch back the first X Factor audition from Louis Tomlinson, it is quite remarkable to think that he is now one of the biggest names in the music industry, thanks to the huge global success of One Direction. As well as enjoying success on the music scene with his singing career, Louis has also had the opportunity to use his fame and his celebrity name, for some good causes away from the music industry.
As many of you will already be very aware, Louis Tomlinson is very into his football and is a huge fan of Doncaster Rovers, even managing to get a run out for their reserve team last season. Now, Louis is part of a group of celebrities and former professional football players who are set to take part in the Maestrio charity football match and the singer is already pumped up for the match.
Tomlinson took to his official Twitter account to tell his millions of fans and followers just hw excited he ws to be taking part in the upcoming charity football match. He said, "So so excited to play for @RioFerdy5 team vs @Foundationcfc in #Maestrio game 7th Sept. Ahhhhhh! @Celtictickets."
As well as seeing Louis Tomlinson showing his skills on the football pitch, the Maestrio charity football match will also see the likes of Joey Barton, James Arthur, Ralf Little, Phill Neville, Paul Scholes, Dwight Yorke, Gianfranco Zola, Andrew Cole, Jody Morris, and Jack Whitehall, as well as Rio Ferdinand himself, plus many more.
