Lucy Hale is finally living her dream. The entertainer who is both an actress and singer has for the past five years become known as a Aria Montgomery on the hit primetime soap "Pretty Little Liars" and while she enjoys acting it is not how she sees herself. This petite, 5'2" beauty looks at herself as a singer who kind of fell into acting because of the success of her shows but she initially moved to Los Angeles for her singing career.
In 2014 the buzz for her singing career has been growing since the release of her single "You Sound Good to Me" and now with the release of her full album she is well on the way to pursuing her goal of performing as a country music artist.
Her love of country music comes from an appreciation of the stories the songs tell and this is evident in her own songs. The beautiful singer disclosed in conversation that she had a crush on one of her "Pretty Little Liars" stars and in true country music singing fashion she sang a song about the experience and individual in the song "Lie a Little Better".
Interestingly the singer admits that while her main focus in coming to Los Angeles was to start her music career she is actually glad that she was not able to begin immediately as she may not have been able to make the album her own vision. She started to create this album two years ago and by that time she had a much better idea of who she was, the sound she wanted and what she wanted to say.
With the release of her debut album the world is getting to know the 'real' Lucy Hale as she is able to communicate who she is to fans in an honest and open manner and not as Aria Montgomery, the "Pretty Little Liar", a character who she appreciates and plays exceptionally well but is not that type of person.
