British actor Gerard Butler has had a string of high-profile relationships in the past and he is currently dating 24-year-old model Madalina Ghenea. The 42-year-old actor has now opened up about his relationship with Madalina, admitting that he feels very lucky to be with her.

Butler told Extra, "She’s amazing. I met her in New York, and we hung out all night, didn't even kiss, trying on my hat collection – I have so many hats! I said 'I'm coming to visit you in Milan,' and three days later, I was at her door in Milan. She was like, ‘Whoa!’ I’m having fun. I’m very lucky, she’s a great girl."
Gerard Butler developed a bit of a reputation as a ladies man, after becoming a huge Hollywood star, dating celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston and being linked to reality television star Brandi Glanville. Gerard recently admitted to sleeping with Brandi, after previously claiming not to know her name.

Gerard Butler can next be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Morgan Freeman, Aaron Eckhart and Radha Mitchell, in the movie Olympus Has Fallen, which is directed by Antoine Fuqua and is set to be released on March 22 in the US and on April 17 in the UK.
