No hard feelings? Apparently not for Madonna, at least where it concerns Lady Gaga. During her latest concert in St. Paul, Madonna has re-started the seemingly never-ending feud between her and Lady Gaga. She spoke out to her fans, and was clearly upset and offended when Gaga turned down an invitation to sing with her.

She said, "I have the best fans in the whole world. So take THAT, Lady Gaga! You know, I invited her on stage to sing with me. But, she turned me down. It's okay. I've been rejected before, it builds a little character."
Madonna seems to be making it more difficult to put their differences in the past, especially as Gaga hasn’t spoken up about Madonna comparisons in a while. The duo are often compared, especially as many people say that Gaga is widely considered Madonna’s successor in the music world. Both are incredibly popular across all age groups and have chart-topping singles every time they release an album. However, Madonna’s popularity has been waning over the past couple of years, whereas Gaga’s has been increasing. Madonna’s heyday was considered to be in the eighties and nineties, whereas Gaga’s is just beginning now.
In general, this whole outburst from Madonna seems a little immature and far below her station. We expect more from such a global icon, and hopefully this is the last we hear of something like this.
