There has been a lot of talk about the rebuilding project needed at Manchester United over the course of the season, with many people talking about the amount of money that the club have already spent on players in the Summer transfer window. However, money talks and Manchester United have made some very positive signings this Summer, who will certainly help turn the club around.
There have been a lot of top clubs around Europe looking at signing the excellent striker Radamel Falcao but, despite interest from the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Arsenal, Falcao has now chosen to sign for Manchester United. Radamel Falcao has joined Manchester United on a year-long loan, for a fee of £6m, with the option to sign the player on a permanent deal next Summer for £55m.
While it is great to see a big club like Manchester United making hugely positive signings like Radamel Falcao and Angel Di Maria, it is at the back were they look vulnerable. With Daley Blind also signing for Manchester United, the club could do with one more top quality centre back and it would be safe to say that they have a strong squad for the coming season.
While Manchester United do not have a huge amount of strength in depth, it has to be remembered that the club only have the Premier League and the FA Cup to worry about for the rest of the season. We cannot wait to see how the rest of the season will pan out from her.
While Manchester United have signed Radamel Falcao, they have let Javier Hernandez join Real Madrid on loan with the view of a permanent move next Summer.
