When you are a star on a hit television series, you do have to dedicate most of your time to your hit show, with very little time to work on other projects. However, every show has a hiatus between seasons, and this is the ideal time for these stars to go off and show their diversity with new and interesting projects.
Just take the beautiful and talented actress Marie Avgeropoulos, for example. Marie is best known for playing the role of Octavia in the hit The CW television series The 100. However, with the show in between seasons, Avgeropoulos has been enjoying her other acting work, in particular with her new movie Numb, which we are very excited about.
Some of you will no doubt already know what to expect from Numb, but for those of you wanting to know more, the movie has been officially described as, "When a couple in financial distress discover GPS coordinates that promise to lead to stolen gold they must partner with a pair of mysterious hitchhikers to enter the remote winter wilderness to recover the coins." We look forward to seeing how it plays out on the big screen.
Numb has been doing a few festivals so far, with the new movie still awaiting an official release date in both the US and the UK. Meanwhile, as for The 100, the show will return for its third season on The CW on Thursday, January 21. We cannot wait!
