Fans of the hit HBO vampire television series True Blood are eagerly anticipating the forthcoming sixth season of the show, especially since showrunner Alan Ball has left and been replaced by Mark Hudis. Now, Mark has been teasing a little about True Blood season six, saying that Bill is going to be different from how we know him.

Stephen Moyer as Bill in True Blood
Hudis was talking to the Haverford College’s alumni magazine, when he explained, “Certainly he’s not going to be the Bill (Stephen Moyer) we know and love. He’s going to have more bite, no pun intended.” Mark also spoke about having to take over from the outgoing Alan Ball.
He added, “It’s impossible to fill Alan Ball’s shoes. That’s not false modesty, that’s the truth. The guy’s created two massive hit shows for HBO and has on Oscar. Really, this plane is in the air, and I just want to land it safely.”

Anna Paquin as Sookie in True Blood
Mark Hudis also teased that Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Jason (Ryan Kwanten) will be spending a lot of season six searching for Warlow. True Blood Season Six, which will also see the return of fans favourites Alexander Skarsgard and Joe Manganiello, is set to premiere on HBO in June.
