We have to admit that we loved the first Avengers movie and that the sequel Avengers: Age of Ultron was also a very solid comic book movie but, while these two movies did both manage to work with a lot of characters involved, some fans have voiced their concerns with the new Marvel movie Captain America: Civil War, which has a huge amount of characters set to appear.
It looks like Captain America: Civil War is set to have more characters involved than Avengers: Age of Ultron, which has some people suggesting that the movie will have to run for far too long, to give all these characters enough screen time to make their involvement worthwhile. What is the point of having a character appear in the movie, just for the sake of appearing and not adding to the storyline?
Anyway, there has been a lot of talk about the possibility of Mark Ruffalo appearing as the Hulk in Captain America: Civil War and now it looks like it has pretty much been confirmed. Mark Ruffalo has been seen on the set of Captain America: Civil War in Germany, along with Chris Evans (Captain America) and Anthony Mackie (Falcon), making it pretty clear that Bruce Banner or the Hulk will appear in some capacity.
As well as seeing a huge amount of familiar faces in Captain America: Civil War, we are also going to see the introduction of Tom Holland as Spider-Man, and Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther. Captain America: Civil War is due to hit the big screen on April 29, 2016 in the UK and May 6, 2016 in the US.
Do you think Captain America: Civil War has too many characters involved?
