Some of the top Hollywood actors have expressed their interest in the role of Christian Grey in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie.
And now, ex The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright has revealed that he too would like to play Christian.
The former star of ITV's TOWIE believes that the raunchy role in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of EL James' erotic novel could help him conquer Hollywood.
"I'd love to play Christian - that would be such a great part for me. Everybody is loving that book right now," he is quoted by the Daily Star as saying.
Wannabe actor Mark - who has also previously starred in ITV2's Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights - said that while he does not share Christian's sexy fetishes, that doesn't put him off playing the lead man.
"I'm not into sado-masochism myself though, I'm more of a romantic. I swear I've never been whipped in my life," he said.
The 25-year-old, who finished runner-up to Dougie Poynter in the last series of I'm A Celebrity, insisted that he can and will make it as a film star.
"I want to be James Bond one day. Nothing fazes me. You've got to have ambition. I want to be a massive Hollywood actor," he added.
