Hollywood actor Matt Damon is set to appear in the television movie Behind the Candelabra with Michael Douglas, and Matt has revealed that the two of them have to get quite intimate. Matt also admitted that, while he is usually against nudity in films, he felt it was necessary for this movie.

During an interview with Playboy, Damon explained, “Normally I'd say no to nudity, but I just did a lot of it playing the long-term partner of Liberace. I mean, it's tastefully done. … But this movie's not going to be for everyone.”
Matt then spoke about one scene in particular, where he has to kiss Michael Douglas, “I had to come out of the pool, go over to Michael Douglas, straddle him on a chaise lounge and start kissing him. It's not like I kiss him just once. We drew it up like a football plan. Michael was a wonderful kisser,” he added.

However, Matt does say that he wishes he had a more romantic side, “I wish I were better because my wife deserves somebody who surprises her with a gift or flowers or some wonderful idea. I've never been good at that, and she's really good at it, which makes me feel even more like sh--,” continued Damon.
Behind the Candelabra is directed by Steven Soderbergh and also stars Rob Lowe, Dan Aykroyd and Scott Bakula. The film will air on HBO sometime next year.
