Former Friends actor Matt LeBlanc has stated that it is impossible to compare Friends to his latest television series Episodes and that, in fact, it is impossible to compare Friends to anything else at all. Matt admitted that he will be forever grateful to have been a part of Friends and that everything since then has just been an added bonus.
LeBlanc explained, "Friends was such a once in a lifetime thing. To be one of those six actors on that show was something I'll never forget as long as I live. Everything else, the rest of my career, I look at it as just gravy. I mean it's not supposed to get that good, ever, and it did," he added. "And now, the fact that I can go work on something else to make this happen? I can't wait to see my mum give her a big hug and say, 'Look at this!'"
Matt LeBlanc recently admitted that he was shocked to have won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Comedy or Musical. He said, "I thought, 'Did I just hear that right?'. I didn't see it coming at all." Episodes season two is set to premiere in the Spring of this year.
