There has been quite a ot of secrecy surrounding the upcoming animated movie Big Hero 6 but it looks like we are beginning to learn more and more about the project. We now know exactly what to expect from the plot of Big Hero 6, while the cast for the film is also beginning to come together.
Big Hero 6 will follow "brilliant robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who finds himself in the grips of a criminal plot that threatens to destroy the fast-paced, high-tech city of San Fransokyo. With the help of his closest companion — a robot named Baymax — Hiro joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters on a mission to save their city."
As for the cast of Big Hero 6, we already know that Jamie Chung is on board to voice a character named GoGo Tomago, while T. J. Miller is also signed on to voice the character Fredzilla. It has now been confirmed that Maya Rudolph has joined the cast of Big Hero 6, although there is no word of who she will be playing. All that is known about the Maya Rudolph character is that it will be on of the leads.
It was expected that Big Hero 6 would hit the big screen on November 7 this year but, considering the fact that they are still casting the characters it seems that this one may well get delayed until a later date. We will just have to wait and see. Big Hero 6 will be co-directed by Don Hall and Chris Williams.
