McFly singer and guitarist Danny Jones has revealed how the band would love to collaborate with British singer Jessie J on their new album. Danny admitted that he and his McFly band mates were set to start recording their album in June and were hoping to get Jessie J to record a song with them.
Jones explained, "We're recording in June. Once we get everything ready we'd love to get anybody who'd like to collaborate on it. When we were recording the last album with Dallas Austin, Jessie popped in and cooked us a bit of dinner so it would be cool to get her."

Danny then went on to admit that he was hoping to get the new McFly album released this year. He added, "We're always striving for the next great song and being successful in a band is one of the best things ever. It's up to the record label when they want to release the album but I would like to get something out this year."
McFly, who are made up of Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter, Harry Jud,and Tom Fletcher, took a break recently while Dougie took part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! And Harry was involved in Strictly Come Dancing. McFly are currently on their UK tour.
