Whenever an actress gives birth to a baby, all eyes are then focused on them to see how long it will take for them to lose their extra baby weight. Actress Megan Fox gave birth to her beautiful baby boy Bodhi back in February and she is already looking back in great shape, thanks to her post baby diet, which Megan was happy to share.
Fox was chatting to the guys over at E! News, when she said to them, "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day. I don't have any cheat days, but if I did, it would be pizza or cake."
While it is often hard to get on a diet and stick to it non-stop, especially without having cheat days, this is not exactly something that is overly difficult for Megan Fox, who admits that she is an all or nothing kind of person. Megan says that sticking to her diet is no harder than when she gave up smoking.
Fox added, "It's like giving up smoking. I gave up smoking cold turkey. I'm one of those people when I'm committed, there's no stopping me. So, I did it and after about a week, it repulses me. Like, there's bread over there and never again would I put that in my body."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Megan Fox will soon appear on the big screen in the role of April O'Neil in the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, which will open on August 8 in the US, before then hitting the big screen in the UK on October 17.
