While we could wallow on about how poor things have been at the box office this year, we are going to keep this light and just focus on who made the top five this weekend. There is plenty of bad news going on in the world without us moaning about the state of the US box office.
Identity Thief managed to take the top spot at the US box office, by edging out the new Dwayne Johnson movie Snitch. Identity Thief took top spot with $14.1m, taking its worldwide total to $93.7m, while Snitch came a close second with $13m.
