X-Men: First Class actor Michael Fassbender is one of those actors who has really come into his own as he has aged and developed as an actor. Michael is currently one of the most sought after actors in the business but the 34 year old has admitted that he is glad that he has achieved fame later in life, rather than becoming famous at a young age.
Fassbender explained, "You know, I spent a lot of time out of work. Now I'm trying to make hay while the sun is shining." Michael then discussed how he thinks he would have coped if he had have found fame at a much younger age. He added, "I wouldn't change anything. The fame thing, the honey traps, I don't know that I would've handled it well at 23. I would've gone ape s**t."
Michael Fassbender can next be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Charlize Theron, Idris Elba and Noomi Rapace, in the Ridley Scott Alien prequel Prometheus, which is set to be released in the UK on June 1 and in the US on June 8. Michael Fassbender is also set to work with Ridley Scott again later this year for the movie The Counselor, which will be released next year.
