British actress Michelle Keegan might not be as well-known over in the US as she is in the UK but there is no denying that she would have what it takes to mix it with the best that Hollywood has to offer, should she ever decide to make the trip over the pond. There is no denying that Michelle is one of the most beautiful women in the world and she also has the acting talent to back it up.
As is often the case with beautiful celebrities, fans love to hear exactly what it is that they do to keep themselves looking so fantastic all the time. Michelle Keegan has now revealed her workout and diet routines, admitting that she does not have a great deal of time for working out right now, while also admitting that she is not a fan of crash diets.
Keegan explained, "I used to go to the gym three times a week, but my schedule has been jam-packed since leaving Coronation Street and I’ve had no time. I’ll get back into it soon, because I always feel better when I exercise regularly."
She added, "Crash diets never work, it’s all about eating in moderation. Food is one of life’s real joys, so what’s the point in denying yourself? I’ve just come back from holiday and I ate anything and everything I wanted!"
Now that Michelle Keegan has left Coronation Street, it will be interesting to see where he acting career goes next. A lot of British stars have struggled once leaving a hit soap but we have no doubt that Michelle will go on to bigger and better things.
