Michelle Williams plays Glinda the Good Witch in the upcoming ‘Oz: The Great and the Powerful’, and she’s currently busy promoting the film. In a new interview with Another Mag, where she covers the March issue, she discusses balancing work and being a mother.

She explains, “I guess realizing that there is no such thing as a perfect balance. It’s not like riding a bicycle, you don’t want to just figure it out and stay on track. I find that when I’m working, there are only two things: there’s my work and the kid. Everything else has to fall away.”
She also talks about mementos she keeps from sets of films she's worked on, adding that she kept the wedding ring from Blue Valentine. Blue Valentine was the film in which she and Ryan Gosling co-starred and which garnered her the second Oscar nomination of her career, and first for Best Actress [she was previously nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Brokeback Mountain, and then again later got nominated again for Best Actress for My Week with Marilyn].
