Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have been together for a while now, and it's only expected to see a relationship go through its ups and downs. However, ever since they got engaged, it seemed to be relatively smooth sailing. Alas, it might have been a misnomer if you consider all that has happened over the last couple of weeks.

Liam and Miley partied separately over Oscar weekend; initially, nothing was thought of it because how can you fault them from wanting to party with their friends at separate parties. Besides which, it was announced that the reason Miley went to the Elton John foundation party was because she wanted to take her mother, who'd never been.Then, Liam was caught leaving a party at Chateau Marmont with January Jones. Both of them refused to talk to press, but ended up leaving the party amid paparazzi bulbs and flashes.
Then, a report released from Lainey Gossip saying that Liam was actually flirting with Emma Watson at the party, not January Jones. Among all these rumors, it must have been hard for Miley to stay strong, and she definitely stayed silent on Twitter for a while. Although she's tried to debunk the rumors, even People has mentioned that Miley not wearing her wedding ring in public is a sign of trouble. People's soure even added, "Miley is upset and angry about the cheating rumors. Liam's trip to Australia was planned. He doesn't have a return date to Los Angeles yet."

Either way, Miley's not publicly speaking about the rumors, and instead seems to be concentrating on her music [according to her Twitter]. It looks like we'll only really find out what's going on once Liam returns from his trip to Australia.
